Oddly enough, I was thinking about this today at work while I was supposed to be sorting all the paper on my desk...LOL....
If I get Marisol, I want the dress of Josefina's with the spencer jacket and the weaving dress. (They're my favorites.) I think these would be appropriate for Marisol, since she's so much into her heritage from what others have said - I haven't read her book yet - I think she'd be interested in the history behind them. I think most little girls at some age become interested in what Mama and Grandma might have worn or done; I know I was and still am. And I would suppose there's always the chance that Josefina was Marisol's great-great-great-great-grandmother!
I want Addy's Cape Island dress not only because I'd like to have Addy one day, but because it's so pretty!

speaking of tap shoes: you can also get from the stores the tap dance outfit from one of the finales, it's white and I think it comes with red tap shoes, these can also be used for Molly.
I've always liked Addy's gardening set, both Kit and Molly could easily use it as well, and really even (the poorer) Nellie too. I doubt that Samantha would be doing any gardening, except cutting roses or something like that.
